AFSCME is coming to your neighborhood -- this time in Manchester.
The next in our series of regional membership meetings takes place Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at AFSCME Local 991, 8 Birch St., Manchester, CT. (Directions below.)
These meetings are open to all Council 4 members and provide a forum to share mutual concerns about our union and our future. We'll also provide local action opportunities and discuss the AFSCME Strong program.
So far we've had meetings in Bridgeport and Torrington. Check out a brief video from the Torrington event featuring Michelle DaSilva from Local 1303-105 (Town of Morris) and Glenn Guerrera of Local 714 (State Dept. of Social Services).
